PME's Petal Glue is a baking and cake decorating must-have. This clear, edible adhesive is perfect for attaching marzipan and/or fondant pieces to each other or directly onto cakes. It's also great for 3D modelling and keeping sugar flowers intact. With a generous 60g pot, PME Petal Glue provides plenty of adhesive to help you stick details onto your cakes.

Ingredients - Water, Thickener (E466), Preservative (E218). Nutritional Info (per 100g): Energy: 12 Kcal/Kj. Fat: 0.5g, of which saturates: 0g, Carbohydrates: 3.0g, of which sugars: 2.6g, Fibre: 0g, Protein: 0g, Salt: 0.11g.
