For fish this large or if you would like to fry doughnuts, just remove the frying basket and use the integrated fish plate for quick and effortless frying. A handy tap on the front means you can drain your oil immediately after finishing, just as the grooves layered at the top of the fryer can be used to hang your basket after cooking to drain excel oil from your food before serving. With a thermostat reading up to 180°C, you can retain precise control over the cooking settings to achieve optimum results in minutes.
