Description

Make fresh dough and pastry with the high capacity 41 litre Sirman Hercules 40 spiral dough mixer. With range of attachments, including a forged spiral dough hook, dough divider and brushed stainless steel mixing bowl, the mixer can do all of the work for you - giving you more time to get on with pressing tasks. And thanks to its liftable head, it's easy to set the bowl into position, ready for the mix.

The lid allows you to add ingredients during a mix - essential for saving time and getting the recipe just right. To top it off, the mixer has a safety micro switch protected safety guard - keeping staff safe from accidental injuries whilst the machine is on.
