The lids come in two versions; made of tempered-glass with a silicone rim and made of polypropylene for storage. The interchangeable handle and lid knobs are made of a heat-resistant material that makes them safe for holding hot pans. What's more, the handle is removable for storage or dishwashing.
These saucepans can be used on gas, electric, vitroceramic and induction hobs, as well as in the oven, refrigerator and freezer when you remove the handle.
